Models at the Gas Forum from Velesart Workshop
Task. To make models for participation in the Gas Forum 2016 in St. Petersburg EXPOFORUM for companies – the leaders of the Russian gas industry in various directions.

Our work for Gazprom is the model with mechanical movement for the organization of the fuel exchange.

The dimensions of the model are 4x2 meters. On the model the trains and trucks ride. Barrier gates are opened and closed at the time of trains travel, and the trucks stop at this moment. There are also traffic lights at the intersections, and the cars also stop at the red light.
For JSC "Salavatneftekhimremstroy" for the forum 3 models of the plant were manufactured, delivered and installed on their stand.

Each model, measuring approximately 1500x1000 mm, was additionally equipped with a protective cover and a transport box. Each model has the illumination of the individual elements.
The model of the oil platform with the section was made for the "Kosmos-Neft-Gas" Company in the Gas Forum.

The imitation of the water on which the platform stands was made. The section of the control unit is shown, and the protective cover is made.
"MOBIGAS" Company showed the model of the mobile gas station manufactured by our workshop. The technological process of the station is shown by running LEDs.

Also at the forum the "CCSI" Company introduced 2(!) models at a time made in our workshop: USP-300 model and the model of the seismic vibrating stand.

The model of the vibrating stand was equipped with a small engine and a handle for adjusting the power of the work, with which the vibration of the stand was created, simulating the real operating conditions.
